The Mindful Leaders Project empowers child-serving professionals and caregivers with mindfulness strategies that improve physical, mental, and emotional health; catalyze and enhance connection, safety, learning, productivity, performance, and collaboration in the workplace and home; and eventually shift the dynamics of an organization through healing-centered engagement. These same mindfulness strategies can be used by students and adults in any other profession with similar results. The app provides mindfulness strategies and resources, including audio files with guided meditation and tools for tracking individual progress.
